Overview of the resort
Cox’s Bazar Sea Beach, one of
the largest Sea beach in the world. It is
known for its wide sandy beach which is the world's longest natural sandy sea beach. It is an unbroken 125 km sandy sea
beach with a gentle slope. It is located 150 km south of Chittagong. The Hotel will be made on the the Beach of Marine Drive. The resort will have Tree house, Bamboo Bridge,
Observation tower and Floating restaurant in middle of the river. We ate and slept onboard, but really our main focus is our
days in ports, which are chock full of sightseeing adventures, and where we
learned about the local history and architecture. The tourism site will be nearby Cox’s Bazar beach . There will be
boat facilities from our project which will help the tourists to cross the Distance
from beach to Hotel & after that transportation facilities will be there to
carry on the tourists as per their desired tourism sites. As there are two
tourism sites Inani Beach and Naf River so the tourists will be taken to the desired place as per their
desires. The total length of
the ship is 126.8 meters, with a width of 17.2 meters, There
are 153 cabins onboard, accommodating a total capacity of 306 passagers. Each
cabin has a private balcony with full-length observation window and a European
style bathroom, and is furnished with unique and refined interior decoration.
Passengers are made to feel as if they cruising on a floating paradise on the
Grand Ocean King Hotel.. In Cox’s Bazar three
safe Zones where tourist can visit. They can also enjoy Speed Boat ride with
it.

Weaknesses
Customer lists not tested Always. Some gaps in range for
certain sectors of Information..As a new company we have no direct marketing
experience. Need more sales people for the First time appearence. Another
lackings is limited budget. Have no pilot or trial done yet. We don't have a
detailed plan yet. Delivery-staff need training,which is not possible now. Customer
service staffs need training.Processes and systemsnot yet decided.
Opportunities

In the beginning a
site will be select for the project. After that will be develop for security, We
have to think about our Ship Safety. We have to Keep safety life guard with it.
Restaurant will be developed and observation Ship will be made on that time.
When the project
will be develop market will be analyse. The target market of this project site
will be mostly the foreign tourist young generation from universities &
middle aged people. Because people of these young generation & middle aged
people mostly like these kinds of places & prefer adventures to new
places. Once the site is well popular
among people, then it can be easily expanded to a greater site & develop to
a bigger extent.
As this is a
totally new business plan, there will be ‘NO Competition’ at primary stage.
Because there is no such tourism sites or even these Ships, observation Ship
and restaurant. But the only problem in this business might face is that
getting popularity. Many people visit Cox’s Bazar but there accommodation facility
and restaurant facility is too low, so it can give a good impact to the
visitor.
The project which
we are working for is under the tourism industry. Tourism industry is getting
competitive in Bangladesh day by day. Unique and attractive tourism market has been developed
over the years to spread the industry. The government of Bangladesh is also implementing various plans and programs to encourage
private sector investment in tourism and thus reduce unemployment and minimize
poverty.
Here regarding this
project, there will be an active ‘Website’ to help out the customers in getting
proper information about the total program of visiting the site. Moreover there
will be telephone or cell numbers given in order to help customers clearing out
any kind of problems via telephone.
Conclusion
Tourism is a
booming industry all over the world. The project will be fully developed for
sustainable tourism, we will educate t the forest hunter and educate them harm
about the hunting. The project will be created for adventure tourism.
